We guarantee our product against any manufacturing defect and any printing errors as a result of our doing. 

If you submit a file with an error, Purple Pinecone cannot guarantee that we will be able to fix the error at our cost, but we will work with you to find the best solution. 

Purple Pinecone is not responsible for any damage caused as a result of wear and tear or by not following care instructions.
